Rafie Razali

Rafie Razali is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, operations, and content moderation. At KidZania Kuala Lumpur, Rafie served as a Theme Park Operator, assisting children with roleplay activities from December 2019 to February 2021. An internship at Unit Hal Ehwal Islam UITM Puncak Alam involved managing student affairs and mosque scheduling in July and August 2019. Afterward, Rafie worked at TM ONE from February 2021 to September 2022, taking on multiple roles, including Customer Service Representative and Technical Backend Support. Currently, since October 2022, Rafie has been a Content Moderator at Teleperformance, responsible for reviewing video content and ensuring compliance with client policies.
