Rajendra Singh

Rajendra Singh has extensive experience in workforce management, currently serving as Senior Manager Workforce Management at Teleperformance since January 2019, following a series of promotions within the company. Prior to this role, Rajendra held positions at Convergys as Assistant Manager - WFM (RPM), where responsibilities included forecasting and scheduling, and at Dishtv India Ltd, gaining experience as Lead of the India Command Center (RTM) and Senior Executive - WFM. Rajendra's career began in customer service roles, including as a Customer Service Representative and Chef Commi-2 at various organizations. Rajendra holds a BCA in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Arts from the University of Lucknow.
