Rashmi Singh is an experienced leader in service delivery and customer experience management. Rashmi served as Vice President of Operations at iQor from 2008 to 2012 and at Sitel from 2012 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Delivery for the UK and South Africa at Teleperformance since 2022.
