Ritu Rathee

Ritu Rathee is currently the Manager of Executive Recruitment at TP, where they focus on C-suite leadership searches and building tomorrow's IT leaders. They have held several roles in recruitment and human resources, including Assistant Manager and Talent Acquisition Associate at Concentrix, as well as Recruitment Specialist positions at Square Yards and Destar Inc. Ritu holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Amity University Noida, which they completed in 2014.
