Robert Brescia

Robert Brescia has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Director of Training, QA, Leadership and Development at Teleperformance since May 2005. In this role, Robert oversees training strategies for new hires and support staff across Canadian locations, managing a team of 22 trainers. Previously, Robert held the position of Associate Director of Leadership and Development, responsible for both Canadian and Global initiatives. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Trainer at NBC and Training and Quality Manager at NCO Group, with a focus on customer service training. Robert's educational background includes studies at the University of Guelph and Ryerson University.
