Rocio Hurtado is a seasoned solution design manager currently leading the Solution Engineering Team for Teleperformance EMEA. With a background in business solutions management and extensive experience in customer service leadership, Rocio has successfully designed and developed competitive business proposals and solutions across multiple international brands. Previously, Rocio held key roles at Sitel, including operational service management and bid management. They hold multiple degrees, including in psychology and executive coaching, and are recognized for their ability to mentor and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
