Roger Bravo

Roger Bravo is the VP of Network and Telecom at Teleperformance, where they manage a team of Telecom and Network professionals responsible for designing and supporting a global call center environment since 2006. With extensive experience in IT infrastructure engineering, they have worked with various organizations, including ARCO, Worldcom, and BP, focusing on network engineering and telecommunications management. Roger holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and continues their education at the same institution. Their specialties include call center solutions, WAN optimization, and ITIL certification.
