Rui Calado

Rui Calado has extensive experience in the customer service and operations management sectors, particularly with Teleperformance, where positions have included Contact Center Agent, Contact Center Supervisor, Operations Director, and Account Manager from 1994 to 2016. Rui currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Teleperformance, a role assumed in November 2020. Rui Calado holds a Bacharel degree in Marketing and Business Management from IPAM - Instituto Português de Administração de Marketing, attained between 1999 and 2002.
