Rupesh Sikder

Team leader - Quality

Rupesh Sikder has built extensive experience in customer support and quality assurance roles across several companies. Starting as a Customer Support Executive at Maxicus from August 2019 to May 2021, Rupesh progressed to become a Quality Evaluator at Maxicus from June 2021 to October 2022. Rupesh then joined Teleperformance in November 2022 as a Quality Analyst, continuing until March 2025, before taking on the role of Team Leader - Quality at TP in April 2025. Rupesh is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at Netaji Subhash Open University in Kolkata, with an expected graduation date in 2025.
