Safa Hammami possesses a diverse background in the food industry, highlighted by a comprehensive education in food industry innovations from Ecole Supérieure des Industries Alimentaires de Tunis. Professional experience includes roles as a content moderator at Teleperformance since May 2022, a quality control technician at Les Laboratoires VITAL from May to November 2021, and a technician during an internship at the Centre de Biotechnologie à la Technopole de Borj-Cédria, where research focused on the effects of active coatings on poultry quality during refrigeration.
