Sander Pastoor is a Continuous Improvement & Standards Manager with a strong background in quality management and process compliance. They began their career with an internship at Bouman GGZ, focusing on clients with addiction issues, before advancing through various roles at Xerox and Teleperformance, where they honed their skills in technical support, team leadership, and compliance. Sander holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and has developed substantial expertise in aligning organizational processes with internal standards, including COPC and ISO-9001. They currently oversee compliance efforts and lead a team dedicated to continuous improvement within a complex operational landscape.
