Sayed El Hadidy

Sayed El Hadidy possesses extensive experience in workforce planning, reporting, and data management, currently serving in a managerial role at Teleperformance since July 2023. Prior to this, Sayed held various positions at Teleperformance from October 2017 to June 2022, including Workforce Planning and Reporting Manager. Sayed's career began at Xceed, where responsibilities included Head of CC Workforce Planning, Head of Department, Workforce Supervisor, Senior Workforce Analyst, Workforce Analyst, and Call Center Agent from July 2003 to September 2017. Academically, Sayed earned a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting from Ain Shams University and completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Cardiff Institute of the United Kingdom in October 2023.
