Shady Negm

Shady Negm is an experienced professional with a strong background in geophysics and operations management. Shady began a career with summer internships at Schlumberger and Shell in 2013 before taking on the role of Head of Public Relations at SEG from 2013 to 2014. After serving as a Teaching Assistant at Future University in Egypt, Shady worked as a Geophysicist at Rockserv for Petroleum Services, focusing on 3D seismic interpretation. Shady held various positions at Majorel Egypt, including SME's Team Leader and Subject Matter Expert, where oversight of operations and customer satisfaction was key. As an Operations Supervisor and Team Leader for the DACH Region, Shady continued to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Currently, Shady is an Operation Assistant Manager at Teleperformance, responsible for supervising processes and evaluating team performance. Academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree and a Master of Science in Geophysics from Cairo University.
