Sharon Turner has extensive experience in account management and business development within the transcription and captioning industry. Beginning as an Account Executive at Aegis RapidText from June 2006 to January 2010, Sharon specialized in voice-to-text solutions, focusing on accuracy and efficiency. Following this role, a position as Senior Account Executive at the National Captioning Institute from March 2010 to June 2015 involved pioneering live closed captioning and providing high-quality services across various sectors. Sharon briefly worked as a Business Development Account Executive at TranscribeMe in 2015, contributing to digital transcription efforts. Currently, Sharon serves in Business Development focused on Digital Customer Experience at Teleperformance since June 2018. Additionally, Sharon has been involved with the Customer Experience Program Advisory Board at UC Irvine.
