Shruti Mehra

Shruti Mehra is a seasoned HR professional with over 11 years of experience in various roles within the human resources field. They began their career as an HR executive at EXL and have since held positions ranging from HR consultant to senior manager at Teleperformance. Shruti has developed expertise in HR policies, talent acquisition, and employee engagement throughout their career. They hold multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Commerce from Lucknow University and PGDBAs in Public Relations/Image Management and HR from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan-Delhi Kendra and Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, respectively.
