Simon Ponting

Simon Ponting is a commercially driven HR transformation professional with over 15 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition projects. They have held significant roles, including Senior Resourcing Partner at EE, where they managed a team of eight, and various positions at AXA, where they oversaw recruitment marketing and team management. Currently, Simon leads global change initiatives for Workday implementations while consulting on recruitment transformation. They hold a BSc in Psychology and Criminology from Brunel University of London.
