Suma Variar is a Senior Instructional Designer and Learning Consultant with over 15 years of experience in the learning and design space. They began their career as a Copywriter before transitioning to Instructional Design, accumulating diverse experiences across various organizations, including Tata Interactive Systems and KPMG. Currently, Suma serves as a Senior Creative Director at Teleperformance, where they continue to leverage their extensive expertise in creating meaningful learning experiences. They hold a Master's degree in Media and Communication from the English and Foreign Languages University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Providence Women's College.
