Sunil Dhanda

Sunil Dhanda is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience spanning over a decade in the customer experience and service delivery sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Teleperformance since January 2022, Sunil previously held the position of Head of Service Delivery CX Operations at VPS Healthcare from November 2020 to January 2022. Sunil's career at Teleperformance also includes various leadership roles such as Vice President of Client Operations, General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Manager of Operations. Prior experience includes a tenure as Team Manager of Operations at Tech Mahindra from April 2007 to 2010. Sunil holds a Post Graduate Diploma in CRM from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
