Supreet Kaur PMP is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR and service management across multiple companies, currently serving as a Senior Manager at HCL Technologies since May 2019, where responsibilities include driving HR process improvements globally and managing service delivery for the India Centre. Prior to HCL, Supreet held positions at Teleperformance and Intelenet Global Services, contributing significantly to workforce management and quality operations. With a solid foundation in HR processes from an early career at IBM Global Process Services and IBM Daksh Business Process Services, Supreet has developed a comprehensive skill set in data analysis, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
