Ted Nardin is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of executive leadership and consulting experience, currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success & Value Add at TP. They previously founded and led Ideal Dialogue Company, LLC, a consultancy focused on enhancing customer and employee satisfaction, which was acquired by STARTEK in 2013. At STARTEK, Ted held the position of VP of Customer Experience & Learning, driving transformative changes in customer strategy. Additionally, they co-founded 5th Talent International, leading global employee engagement initiatives, and have held senior leadership roles at Sitel and Sykes Enterprises. Ted is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Speech Communication.
