Thiago Machado is a Gerente de WFM at Teleperformance, bringing over a decade of experience in the Call Center industry. They began their career in Planning & Traffic Operations in 2007 and have spent the last eight years as a Coordinator in Planning/MIS for both inbound and outbound operations. Thiago has developed expertise in real-time planning, process mapping, forecasting, and multi-channel capacity planning. They hold a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Estácio de Sá and are currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Data Science and Big Data Analytics.
