Tom mac-Kenzie

Tom Mac-Kenzie has extensive experience in transformational leadership and digital development, most recently serving as Global Transformation Director at Teleperformance from September 2010 to November 2023. In this role, Tom was responsible for driving growth through new business initiatives and executing the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with various stakeholders. Prior to this, Tom held positions as Digital Development Director and Digital Development Manager, along with experience as a Customer Service Agent. Tom's educational background includes a degree in Economics from Tilburg University and a Foundation Course in Accountancy from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
