Tracy Sinclair

Tracy Sinclair has extensive experience in human resources and management across various organizations. Tracy served as Director of Global HR M&A, HRIS, and Processes at OpenText from July 2010 to March 2013, leading a team of 30 across four countries and improving global HR functions. Subsequently, as Director of Employee Management Systems at Volaris Group until July 2024, Tracy oversaw the implementation of Workday across over 200 companies, enhancing employee onboarding and collaboration within digital workplace initiatives. Currently, Tracy holds the position of Global Workday HR at Teleperformance. Earlier experience includes serving as Strategic HR Manager at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital, where Tracy managed the HR merger and its associated complexities. Tracy began a career as HR Lead at Xansa, focusing on ERP implementations and project management. Tracy holds a B.A. (Hons) in Business Studies from Staffordshire University.
