Vikas Verma has a diverse professional background with experience in customer care, workforce management, and quality assurance across multiple organizations. Starting as a Customer Care Associate at Incedo Inc. in 2016, Vikas progressed to become a Subject Matter Expert at MattsenKumar LLC and later held roles as a Quality Analyst and Catalog Specialist. Vikas currently serves as a Team Leader for Workforce Management at Teleperformance, overseeing a team and managing key performance metrics and reporting.
