Vivek Dutta is a seasoned BPO/CX professional with over 24 years of experience in project management, global delivery, and team mentorship. They have successfully managed large teams and client interactions throughout their career, most recently serving as an Associate Director at Concentrix, where they led a multi-location Chat Project for a major UK telecom. Vivek holds a Master’s Degree in Anthropology from Panjab University and a PG Diploma in Financial Management from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, where they graduated with distinction. Currently, they are the Vice President at TP, continuing to lead operations for a marquee global business.
