William C. is an experienced procurement professional with a solid background in supply chain management. Currently serving as the Procurement Shared Services Director at TP since May 2017, William previously held the position of Senior Procurement Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, William worked at SGS from July 2007 to April 2017 as a Senior Procurement Analyst, where expertise in compliance and completeness of the procurement process was developed, covering prequalification, bidding, and contract phases. William’s career began at Allado Construction Co., Inc. as an Office Engineer from May 2006 to May 2007. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southeastern Philippines, obtained in 2006.
