Rhoda Vero

Rhoda Vero is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Quality Assurance-Development at Telephonics since September 1982, Rhoda oversees a Developmental Team which includes areas such as Reliability Engineering, Hardware Quality Engineering, Configuration Management, and Software Quality Engineering. Additionally, Rhoda manages the Oracle Agile Architecture and Implementation process, focusing on continuous improvement post-implementation. Prior to Telephonics, Rhoda worked as a Test Engineer at Hughes Aircraft Company from July 1981 to August 1982. Rhoda holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing/Marketing Management from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of NY.
