Rich Hines

Rich Hines is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering for the Aerospace and Defense Sector at TTM Technologies since June 2022. In this role, Hines works as a key member of the senior A&D Leadership Team, focusing on business strategy and growth in alignment with the A&D Strategic Plan. Prior to TTM Technologies, Hines held several senior positions at Telephonics Corporation from October 1996, including Chief Technology Officer and Corporate Vice President, Engineering. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Dorne and Margolin and Litton Corporation, where Hines directed electrical engineering efforts and managed product development across various engineering disciplines. Hines began an engineering career as an Electrical Engineer at AIL and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stony Brook University.
