FOUAD CHIHOUB

Fouad Chihoub has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. FOUAD began their career at Brown & Root - Condor (Halliburton) as a Documentum Developer & Administrator from November 2005 to December 2006. Following this, they joined Wataniya Télécom Algérie where they served as Manager Offers Configuration, Billing & Payments from December 2006 to October 2012. During their time at Wataniya Télécom Algérie, they worked on various systems including BSCS 8, CBIO 2.1, Streamserve, Ericsson Multi Activation, and Ericsson Multi Mediation.

In 2012, Fouad joined Ericsson - Sudan as a CBIO 2.1 Business Configuration Expert, where they were responsible for resource administration, provisioning, customer care, billing, interconnect, roaming, and rating. FOUAD also provided technical and business solutions for project issues and problems. In addition, they worked as an E2E Solution Architect at Ericsson - Sudan, focusing on solution design and development for convergent offers, roaming, and interconnect. FOUAD offered support on interconnect areas, troubleshooted tickets raised by the O&M team, and provided technical/business solutions.

Since 2014, Fouad has been associated with Telepin as a Senior Data and Cloud Architect. FOUAD previously held the position of Senior Data Architect, with their responsibilities including reviewing existing projects, providing feedback and recommendations on architecture and implementation. FOUAD also managed the establishment and maintenance of procedures to monitor, tune, and control databases to maximize performance and ensure data security, integrity, and consistency. Additionally, they designed and created an engine to handle reconciliation and settlement for the MFS platform.

Fouad Chihoub completed their education at the Ecole nationale Superieure d'Informatique (ESI) from 1999 to 2005, earning a BAC+5 degree in Systèmes d'information. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including "Learning Python," "MySQL Advanced Topics," "Scrum Fundamentals Certified," and "Oracle Database 12c Administrator Certified Associate," among others. Most recently, in July 2022, they obtained further certifications in "Learning Gantt Charts" and "Project Management Simplified" from LinkedIn.
