Graeme Hunter

Group Property Director at TT Group

Graeme has board-level responsibility for the active management of Telereal Trillium’s extensive property portfolio, which includes the BT and the Department for Work and Pensions estates. Comprising of more than 8,000 assets, the estate is valued in excess of £5.5bn, and each year over 500 property transactions are completed.

Graeme joined the business in 2002 and was appointed to his current role in January 2009. In recent years, Graeme was instrumental in the RBS/PruPIM £800m sale and leaseback transaction and subsequent sale to L&G as Project Hyperion. Graeme also led Telereal Trillium’s c£45m Flagstaff portfolio acquisition from Lloyds Bank.

Previously, Graeme was a director of BT’s property development subsidiary and prior to that worked for a private property investment company. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has an Honours degree in estate management.
