Mark Smith

Director Contract Delivery at TT Group

Mark Smith has extensive work experience in the facilities management industry. Mark started their career in 1996 at Central as a Principal Facilities Manager, responsible for managing the FM team and developing service strategies for each site. Mark then moved on to work at Securities Trillium as a General Manager, overseeing facilities management services for a broadcasting site. Later, they joined the BBC as a Principal Facilities Manager, focusing on strategic customer relationship management. In 2001, they joined Land Securities Trillium as a General Manager, providing full facilities management services to various sites, including the iconic Television Centre. Following this, they worked at Telereal Trillium as an Assistant Technical Director, Regional Director FM services, and finally as the Director of Contract Delivery, where they were responsible for service provision and compliance across the DWP contract. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in managing facilities and building strategic partnerships.

Mark Smith attended St.Audreys from 1977 to 1983, but did not obtain a degree or pursue any specific field of study during this period.
