Andrea Clancy Cpa

Andrea Clancy, CPA, CMA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Andrea most recently served as the Associate Director of Finance Operations at Telesat, starting in July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Payments Canada as the Controller from August 2019 to July 2020, and as the Accounting Operations Manager from November 2017 to August 2019. Andrea also held various roles at Telesat Canada, including Manager of Treasury from September 2016 to November 2017, and Manager of Revenue and Receivables from September 2008 to September 2016. Before that, Andrea worked at Alcatel-Lucent as the Revenue Manager from September 2004 to August 2008, and at Imperial Oil Canada as the Collections Manager from May 2001 to June 2004 and as an Internal Auditor from April 1999 to May 2001.

Andrea Clancy, CPA, CMA attended McGill University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance. In October 1999, they obtained the CPA, CMA certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario).
