Nauroze Hoath

Nauroze Hoath is a Senior Software Engineer at Telesat since April 2024, focusing on software development for satellites in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) and user terminals. Previously, Nauroze worked at ST Engineering iDirect from August 2018 to March 2024, leading new product development for satellite modems and managing software for the downstream feed and receive chain. Prior experience includes a role as a Design Engineer at Jabil, where Nauroze contributed to low-level software development for networking equipment, and earlier positions involving clerical support and technical assistance during university studies. Nauroze holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Carleton University, complemented by advanced level studies in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and an IGCSE from the University of Cambridge.
