Ramiro Voicu is VP of Software Architecture and leads the development of the Telescent software-defined networking operating system, orchestrator and applications. Ramiro has a BS and PhD In Computer Science (University of Bucharest, Caltech) and previously developed the MonALISA network management system for the CERN/US LHCNet global network backbone. He has over 15 years of experience in the field of network management software, software-defined networking, machine learning and algorithms
