Reza Javan

Reza Javan is the CEO and Founder of Telescope, an AI sales prospecting platform backed by Sequoia Capital, Soma Capital, and Entrepreneur First, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this, Reza was a member of the LD17 Cohort at Entrepreneur First, where focus was on building deep technology startups. Reza's experience also includes serving as a Genomics Sales Specialist Consultant at Tecan, managing business accounts across the south of the UK and utilizing big data analysis to inform sales strategies. As a Regional Account Manager at Novogene Europe, Reza exceeded sales targets and contributed to the company's digital transformation initiatives. Reza's early leadership experience was demonstrated as an elected committee member at The Oxford Union, where engagement with high-profile individuals was frequent. Reza holds a DPhil in Clinical Medicine from the University of Oxford, an MSc in Molecular Biology and Pathology of Viruses from Imperial College London, and a BSc in Biomedical Science from the University of Surrey.
