Scott Aicher

Scott joined Belcan in March of 2020, bringing over 25 years of executive leadership experience with some of the industry’s top staffing and technical solutions firms. He also serves as President and Executive Board Member of TechServe Alliance, the country’s largest non-profit IT/Engineering association, and earlier this year he was recognized by the Staffing Industry Association as one of the Top 100 Staffing Industry Executives. Prior to joining Belcan, Scott spent 5 years at RGBSI, a private global Engineering/IT staffing and solutions firm, and served as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Prior to that he served as COO of Mastech, a public IT Services firm. Scott is currently responsible for leading Belcan’s global Workforce Solutions business, which includes planning and executing strategy and high-level initiatives, governing activities of major customer accounts, analyzing and enabling acquisitions, and optimizing segment P&L.
