Bill D. began their work in 2014 as an Epileptologist at Norton Healthcare, where they served until 2023. During their time there, they also served as the Director of the Norton Neuroscience Comprehensive Epilepsy Center from 2018 to 2021. In 2023, they joined TeleSpecialists as an Attending Physician and later became the Medical Director for EEG Services.

Bill then pursued a Residency in Neurology at the University of Kentucky from 2009 to 2013, further specializing in the field of medicine. In 2013, they completed a Fellowship in Neurophysiology-Epilepsy at the Medical University of South Carolina, further enhancing their knowledge and expertise.
In addition to their educational degrees, Bill has also acquired certifications to further validate their expertise. William (Bill) obtained their Certification in Neurology from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc. in 2013. Furthermore, in 2014, they achieved the status of being a Board Certified Specialist in Clinical Neurophysiology with a specific focus on EEG/Epilepsy, granted by the American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology.
