Jana Lundell MA, PTA, NBC-HWC

Jana Lundell MA, PTA, NBC-HWC has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jana started their career as a Student Worker - Ceramics at Luther College in 2015 and then took on the role of Dance Instructor at Pinnacle Performing Arts from September 2016 to April 2017. Subsequently, Jana served as the Varsity Assistant Coach for the Dance Team at Farmington Senior High School from May 2016 to July 2017. Jana then worked as a Crew Member at Trader Joe's from June 2017 to January 2019.

In 2017, Jana became a Board Member at the BLACK EARTH COLLABORATIVE ARTS COMPANY, where they were involved until October 2020. From June 2019 to January 2021, they worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Wellspring Health Center. In January 2021, Jana joined The Power House MN as a Physical Therapist Assistant, a role they held until December 2021. Jana then transitioned to Twin Cities Orthopedics, where they worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant from December 2021 to December 2022.

In 2022, Jana's career took a different direction as they became a Content Writer at Affinity Empowering in September 2022. Currently, they hold the position of a Certified Health and Wellness Coach at Orbit (formerly Telespine), starting in February 2023.

Jana Lundell MA, PTA, NBC-HWC has a comprehensive education history. Jana earned their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching from the University of Minnesota between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from St. Catherine University from 2017 to 2019. Jana'sundergraduate studies include a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology & Psychology from Luther College, which they completed from 2012 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Jana has pursued additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. Jana obtained the National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) certification from the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching in December 2022. In 2020, they gained certifications in Acupressure, All Body Systems from Annette Reilly, and Reiki Level I, II, Master & Teacher from Lisa Powers. Furthermore, they acquired certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant from The Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy in 2019.
