Sanni H.

Sanni H. started their work experience in 2006 at JC Jeans Company as a Sales co-worker/visual merchandiser. In 2008, they moved to IKEA Group and held various roles including Visual Merchandiser, Communication and interior design manager (substitute for sabbatical leave), and Visual Merchandising Manager. During this time, they were responsible for leading a team of visual merchandisers, ensuring high quality in visual impression and store layout, and handling HR-related tasks such as recruitment and budgeting. In 2020, they joined Humak University of Applied Sciences as a student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in workplace development. In 2022, they joined Teleste as a Human Resources Trainee, where their tasks involved reviewing employment contracts and implementing and documenting changes using the SympaHR system. In 2022 and 2023, they continued their journey at Teleste in Human Resources roles, working as a Human Resources Specialist and currently as a Specialist, People & Culture.

Sanni H. has a diverse education history. Sanni obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Workplace Developer from Humak University of Applied Sciences, which they attended from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they studied Visual Merchandising at Raseko, Raision seudun koulutuskuntayhtymä from 2006 to 2007. Sanni also pursued a degree in Interior Design at Halikon Käsi-ja taideteolisuusoppilaitos from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, they completed their Matriculation examination at Aronahteen lukio, Rauma/Salon aikuislukio from 1996 to 1999.

In terms of certifications, Sanni H. obtained the Sympa System Admin User certification from Sympa in March 2023. Sanni also obtained the Työhyvinvointikortti® (Occupational Well-being Card) from Työterveyslaitos - Finnish Institute of Occupational Health in November 2020.
