Doric Armesh Ramlakhan

Doric Armesh Ramlakhan has a diverse work experience in various telecommunications roles. Doric Armesh started their career as an intern at Energie Bedrijven Suriname N.V. in 2008. Doric Armesh then worked as a staff member in the Quality Department at Telesur from 2010 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Technical Project Manager and Deputy General Project Manager, overseeing the expansion and optimization of mobile networks. Doric Armesh later transitioned to the role of Business Development Manager for a brief period. In 2015, they became the Manager of Build & Integrate at Telesur. From 2017 to 2019, they took on the role of Project Director for the Telesur National Broadband Project, successfully deploying various telecommunication networks. Since 2017, they have also held the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Telesur. Additionally, they have served as a Telecommunications Lecturer at Polytechnic College (PTC) Suriname since 2010 and at Anton de Kom University since 2009. Ramlakhan was also a Steering Committee Member at the Telesur Multimedia Innovation Laboratory from 2011 to 2015.

Doric Armesh Ramlakhan has an extensive education history in the field of engineering. Doric Armesh began their educational journey in 2005 at Anton de Kom Universiteit van Suriname, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2008, they joined the University of Westminster for further specialization.

At the University of Westminster, Doric pursued a Master's degree in Mobile, Personal, and Satellite Communications from 2008 to 2009. Doric Armesh then furthered their studies at the same institution and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, a program they began in 2022 and completed in 2030.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Doric Armesh Ramlakhan has also obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from APMG-Benelux, although the specific month and year of completion are not provided.
