Andy Visnenza

Andy Visnenza currently serves as the Development Technical Lead at Telesure Investment Holdings (TIH) since May 2025. Prior experience includes a progression from Junior Software Developer to Senior Software Developer at Retro Rabbit from July 2017 to April 2025. Andy also held the position of Head Admin and Co-owner at Syndicate Community from September 2013 to 2022, where responsibilities included managing a Teamspeak3 Server, resolving member conflicts, and organizing events and tournaments. Previous roles at Bronbergwisp involved managing the VoIP department and serving as a VoIP engineer and Tier 2 network technician. Earlier experience as a facilitator at Geared4Life included teaching Mathematics to Grade 8-9 students. Andy began professional development as an intern software developer at Web 3.0 Internet Services CC in mid-2014. Educational background includes obtaining a degree from the University of Pretoria from 2010 to 2015.
