Hilary Jones, DVM has diverse work experience in the veterinary field. Hilary is currently the Co-Founder & Chief Veterinary Officer at TeleTails, a digital health platform that facilitates remote veterinary consultations. Hilary joined TeleTails in January 2019. Previously, they worked as an Associate Veterinarian at Lincoln Square Veterinary Hospital from April 2017 to January 2019, at Crown Heights Animal Hospital from September 2015 to April 2017, and at BluePearl Veterinary Partners from June 2014 to July 2015. Additionally, they gained experience as a Health and Policy Intern at EcoHealth Alliance from June 2011 to August 2012. Hilary's expertise spans various aspects of veterinary care and telemedicine.

Hilary Jones, DVM, completed their Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from Northeastern University in 2010. In addition to their formal education, Hilary also holds several certifications in various areas. Hilary obtained a Human Animal Bond Certification from the Human Animal Bond Research Institute (HABRI) in March 2022. In August 2021, they received their NAVC Pet Nutrition Coach certification from the North American Veterinary Community (NAVC). Hilary also holds a Workplace Wellbeing Certificate from the AVMA (American Veterinary Medical Association), which they obtained in March 2021. Furthermore, they have certifications in Email Marketing and Inbound from HubSpot Academy, which they acquired in March and February 2019, respectively. Finally, Hilary is a Class 1 Accredited Veterinarian accredited by the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) since December 2016.
