João Paulo Krüger

João Paulo Krüger has over 20 years of work experience in various roles in the IT and telecommunications industries. João Paulo started their career as an Office Analyst Intermediate at REUNIDAS TRANSPORTADORA RODOVIARIA DE CARGAS S.A in 2002 before moving on to work as a Developer Analyst at DRM Serviços de Consultoria from 2006 to 2008. During this time, they were responsible for software modeling and specification.

In 2008, João became a Senior System Analyst at CINQ Technologies, where they were responsible for software modeling and architecture for software engineering projects. João Paulo implemented and launched a new sales system platform for Data, Voice, and Convergent products to the Business segment in GVT.

From 2009 to 2013, João held two roles at GVT. João Paulo started as a Business Analyst SR, responsible for software business analysis and delivering new bundle portfolios for the Retail segment. João Paulo later became a Project Manager PMO, overseeing planning, allocation, communications, stakeholders management, and control of risks and budget.

In 2013, João joined Telefônica Brasil as a PMO Coordinator. João Paulo managed and delivered the Telecom Engineering, Customer Experience, Technical Operations, and TV Platform Projects Portfolio. João Paulo implemented executive project tracking processes and coordinated global telecom projects with €39MM in benefits.

In 2018, João joined GFT Group as a Delivery Manager, responsible for overseeing programs and projects from the Brazil South region. João Paulo managed a team of professionals and was involved in numerous initiatives, such as LGPD, Open Banking, Digital Banking, Cloud Engineering, and Business consulting.

Currently, João is working as a PMO Manager - Engineering & Operations at Teletex IT Solutions since 2023.

João Paulo Krüger has pursued education in various fields throughout their career. João Paulo started their education journey in 2006 at Universidade Federal do Paraná, where they obtained a degree in Information Technology, specializing in Technology. From 2014 to 2015, João Paulo attended ISAE and completed a program in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. In 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidade Positivo.

Continuing their academic pursuits, João Paulo enrolled at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in 2020 and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Digital Transformation and New Business Solutions in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, João Paulo Krüger has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset. In 2009, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance. In 2012, they acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in 2015, João Paulo earned the Green Belt - Lean Six Sigma certification from Seta - Desenvolvimento Gerencial.
