Arrol Khoo began their work experience in 2008 at iiNet as a CSO. Arrol then moved on to St John Ambulance (WA) in 2011, working as a Desktop Engineer until 2012. From 2012 onwards, Arrol Khoo worked at the Telethon Kids Institute as a Desktop Engineer, where they were responsible for various tasks including policy writing, change management, customer negotiations, service desk design and coordination, and server room shutdown and startup. Arrol also played a key role in notable projects such as user migration, deployment of an ITIL aligned service desk application, and policy and onboarding redesign.
