Arrol Khoo

Arrol Khoo began their work experience in 2008 at iiNet as a CSO. Arrol then moved on to St John Ambulance (WA) in 2011, working as a Desktop Engineer until 2012. From 2012 onwards, Arrol Khoo worked at the Telethon Kids Institute as a Desktop Engineer, where they were responsible for various tasks including policy writing, change management, customer negotiations, service desk design and coordination, and server room shutdown and startup. Arrol also played a key role in notable projects such as user migration, deployment of an ITIL aligned service desk application, and policy and onboarding redesign.

Arrol Khoo attended Curtin University from 2005 to 2010, where they pursued two bachelor's degrees. Arrol completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Human Resources Management and Services. The duration of both degrees spanned the same period, indicating that they pursued them concurrently.
