Chantalia Tedja has extensive work experience in the research and laboratory field. Chantalia currently works as a Research Assistant at the Telethon Kids Institute since 2022. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they held multiple roles at PATHWEST LABORATORY MEDICINE WA, including Acting Laboratory Technician Supervisor and Technical Assistant.
From 2019 to 2021, Chantalia worked as a Technical Coordinator at the Australian Arthritis and Autoimmune Biobank, and as a Research Assistant at the IBD and Rheumatology Research Unit.
Chantalia also served as a Biobank Coordinator and Research Assistant at the Institute for Respiratory Health from 2018 to 2021, where they were involved in various laboratory tasks such as experimental work, data analysis, and training of students.
Chantalia's earlier work experience includes serving as a Laboratory Demonstrator at The University of Western Australia from 2015 to 2017, where they assisted undergraduate students in their laboratory practicums. Additionally, they worked as a Waitress at Rolld Australia Pty Ltd from 2015 to 2017.
Chantalia Tedja obtained a Masters of Clinical Pathology degree in Laboratory Medicine from The University of Western Australia, from the year 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Microbiology and Immunology from the same institution, from 2013 to 2015.
