Graeme McQuilkin

Graeme McQuilkin's work experience begins in 2007 with BankWest, where they worked as a Telecommunications Analyst, maintaining telephony systems and providing support to end-users. Graeme then became a Team Leader in IT Operations, managing the enterprise job scheduling environment and monitoring system operations.

In 2011, McQuilkin joined Synergy as a Senior Leader (Tribe Lead) - Innovation & Growth, providing senior leadership and driving initiatives to transform the business model. Graeme later took on the role of Senior Leader (Tribe Lead) - New Ways of Working before becoming Manager, Strategy & Portfolio - Analytics (ICT & P&C) in which they led various teams and engaged with the Board on policy and strategy.

McQuilkin's last known work experience is as the Chief Technology Officer at the Telethon Kids Institute, starting in 2023. Further information on this role is not provided.

Graeme McQuilkin pursued a postgraduate education in Business at The University of Western Australia from 2018 to 2019, earning a Postgraduate Certificate. In 2019, they also participated in the Enterprise Agility - Executive Education Series at Melbourne Business School. Currently, Graeme is working towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at The University of Western Australia, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
