Julie Nguyen

Julie Nguyen has extensive work experience in the field of healthcare and research. Julie has been working at the Telethon Kids Institute since 2019, initially as a Research Assistant/Coordinator and later as a Research Officer - Senior Coordinator of Clinical Sciences. Prior to that, they worked as a Medical Laboratory Technician at the institute for a brief period in 2020.

Before joining the Telethon Kids Institute, Julie worked as a Pediatric Respiratory Sleep Scientist at the Child and Adolescent Health Service starting in November 2016. Julie then moved on to work as a Respiratory Sleep Scientist at Cardio Respiratory Sleep, Hollywood Hospital from March 2017 to March 2019.

Julie's work experience also includes a role as a Sleep Scientist at Philips from September 2015 to March 2017. Julie'scareer in healthcare began as a Dispensary Technician at Wizard Pharmacy, where they worked from February 2011 to April 2015.

Julie Nguyen completed their education in the field of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. Julie obtained a Bachelor's degree from The University of Western Australia, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Later, they pursued further education and received a Master's degree in Clinical Pathology from the same university, completing their studies in 2018.
