Steven Figliomeni

Steven Figliomeni has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Steven began their career as an Apprentice at A and B Figliomeni Cabinets from 2004 to 2006. Steven then worked as a Customer Service Agent at Stellar in 2007 before transitioning to a Support Officer at Telethon Kids for Child Health Research from 2007 to 2011.

Since 2011, Steven has been with the Telethon Kids Institute, where they have held several roles. Steven started as an Apple Specialist, providing support for multiple platforms and maintaining the Apple server environment. In 2013, they became a Systems Engineer responsible for designing and implementing mission-critical enterprise systems. As a Solutions Architect from 2015 to 2016, Steven gathered requirements and presented technology solutions to internal stakeholders.

From 2016 to 2017, they served as an Information Systems Lead, overseeing IT operations, project delivery, and managing a team of 10. Currently, Steven holds the position of ICT Manager, accountable for all technologies at the Institute and leading a team of 12. Throughout their career, Steven has demonstrated expertise in various technologies, including Windows, Linux, Apple, and Microsoft Dynamics AX. Steven has also achieved notable accomplishments, such as implementing the Microsoft Dynamics AX system for the Institute's financial systems.
