Lewis Cross is a seasoned professional with a strong background in account management and IT support. Currently serving as a Field Account Manager at Teletrac Navman since October 2020, Lewis previously held the role of Customer Support Agent. Prior experience includes over nine years at Something4 Ltd, progressing from a Junior Developer specializing in ASP .NET MVC5 web development to an IT Support Analyst, responsible for ePoS installation, training, and maintenance, as well as system development in C++, VBScript, JavaScript, and XML.
