Lynne is currently serving as the Chief Content Officer at telev8, where they focus on minimizing hardware costs and reducing content subscription costs in the hospitality TV sector. Prior to this, Lynne founded Costantini Media Advisors, LLC, a consulting practice specializing in media and entertainment. In this role, they assisted clients in establishing strategic partnerships and optimizing revenue in areas such as video content acquisition, distribution, and marketing.

Lynne also served as the Business Development Strategist at MobiTV, where they identified and negotiated video content rights with network partners for various distribution platforms. Lynne was a Member of the Content Advisory Board at Layer3 TV Inc., where they provided valuable insights regarding content decisions. At TheBlaze Inc., Lynne held the position of President, Business Development, overseeing business operations and video content distribution for TheBlazeTV.com and TheBlaze linear television network.
